Dr. Jonathan Taremwa
Executive Director/FounderIs a father, a leader and a professional medical doctor whose entire life has been dedicated to serve and improve the life of people for the glory of Christ, the bible says in Mathew: 5:16, Even so let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. Jonathan lives by this divine command, he hopes to inspire many leaders and people with a big heart to join him in transforming lives not only in his country but across the world.
He comes with an experience of serving in a Christian charity organization as a medical clinical officer heading the medical department and also leading medical outreaches for eight years with that he birthed a vision of reaching out to more people through Strong Tower foundation. So far three walk in clinics have been established in different communities to help avail medical services to the poor and those who can’t easily access medical services and many outreaches are being conducted with a dedicated faithful team that passion to eradicate human suffering and improve the standards of living for the people.

Director of OperationsJoas is a generational leader whose core passion is to see a transformed society. He is graduate who specialized public health and health promotion and he is an occupational therapist.
Ruth Musobozi
Team leader – Community Development Projects (CDP)Ruth is a mother, a leader and an inspiration to many who want to cause a change in this world. She loves children and people.
Andrew Makutula
Chief Coordinator – Medical OutreachesHe is a father, a transformational leader and an ordained pastor of Nkoowe tidings Church, his passion to preach and teach the gospel of Lord Jesus Christ is infectious. Professionally he is a medical Laboratory technician and comes with a wealth of experience in doing charity and medical outreaches for over 9years serving under a reputable charity organization.
Geoffrey Chelibei
Director of FinanceGeoffrey is a family man, a leader and an accountant by profession. He manages and oversees all financial activities at STF. He has a vast experience in working with international NGOs as a Financial Education advisor such as Spartkassenstiftung. He is the founder Beads for Change a charity organization established in 2000 and a founding director of My Fathers House Orphanage in Mbale.
